# Create a contact popup

> Give customers a simple and elegant contact form as a popup

## What is a contact popup?

A contact popup is a window that opens when a customer clicks **"Contact us"** or a similar button. Instead of scrolling to the bottom of the page or going to a separate contact page, the customer gets a form right away. Quick and easy — for both you and the customer.

## Ready-made prompts for contact popups

### Simple contact popup

A contact popup lets customers send you a message instantly, without scrolling or leaving the page. The fewer steps it takes to reach you, the more messages you will get from interested customers.

```
Create a contact popup with a clean and modern design that opens from the "Contact us" button in the menu.
The popup should have:
- Heading: "Send Us a Message"
- Short text: "We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours."
- Form fields with nice design:
  - Name (required)
  - Email (required)
  - Phone (optional)
  - Message (large text field, required)
- "Send message" button in the accent color with hover effect
- Close button (X) in the top right corner
Design: white modal with rounded corners, dark overlay background, subtle shadow. Form fields should have clean borders, good labels and focus effect. Smooth animation.
Confirmation after submission: "Thank you for your inquiry! We'll get back to you as soon as possible."
```

### Quote request

Make it easy for potential customers to ask for a price estimate. A quote request form collects all the details you need upfront, so you can send back a professional quote without a lot of back-and-forth.

```
Create a "Get a Free Quote" popup with a professional design.
The popup should have:
- Heading: "Get a Free Quote"
- Short text: "Tell us about your project and we'll send you a quote."
- Form fields:
  - Company name (optional)
  - Contact person (required)
  - Email (required)
  - Phone (required)
  - Type of service (dropdown): "[Service 1]", "[Service 2]", "[Service 3]", "Other"
  - Budget (dropdown): "Under $1,000", "$1,000 - $5,000", "Over $5,000", "Not sure"
  - Description of needs (text field)
- "Request quote" button
- Close button
Design: clean and trust-building. Good spacing between fields. Labels above each field.
Place the "Get a quote" button on the homepage, services page and in the menu.
### Floating contact button
A floating button that is always visible means customers can reach out the moment they are ready, no matter where they are on your site. It is a small touch that can make a big difference in how many inquiries you get.
<Tip>
  **Copy this prompt and paste it into Nettify AI:**
</Tip>
```
Add a floating "Get in touch" button in the bottom right corner on all pages with a nice design.

The button should:
- Be round with a message icon
- Have the accent color with hover effect
- Always be visible when scrolling
- Not block important content on mobile

When clicked, a popup opens with:
- Heading: "How can we help?"
- Form fields: Name, Email, Message
- "Send" button
- Close button

Design: modern chat bubble style. Smooth animation on open.

Confirmation: "Received! We'll be in touch soon."
```
## Where do the inquiries go?
All messages submitted through the contact popup land under the **"Inquiries"** tab at the bottom of your Nettify dashboard. Here you see all submitted forms collected in one place.
<Tip>
  **Email notifications:** You'll also receive an email each time someone submits an inquiry — so you can respond quickly.
</Tip>
<Tip>
  **Combine with booking!** You can have both a contact popup and a [booking popup](/en/ai/booking-modal) on the same page — with different buttons.
</Tip>
